1. Rental of the Villa Príncipe, up to 8 guests
Common areas: Living room, dining room, kitchen, all terraces on the ground floor, roof terrace on first floor. Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, 4 with sea view. Belo Monte hotel’s public areas: swimming pool, restaurants and bar, lounge, museum, auditorium and gardens.

2. Food
Given the remote location of the island villa, we only propose a full board package which includes the following:
1. Morning: a basket with fresh breakfast ingredients will every morning be delivered to your house.
2. Noon: you can choose in between a picnic lunch ‘to go’ or a served lunch at the hotel restaurant.
3. Evening: enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is either served on the terrace, the lush gardens of the hotel, at the pool or at some other surprise locations. Please note that the hotel is a 10-minute walk away from the villa.
Your daily food options will be taken in consideration, every day, 24 hours in advance.
Lunch in town with local designated partners can be arranged as part of the full board – depending on availability.
Supplements: due to festive foods, drinks and services, we apply a supplement of 75 € per person and per day on the 25, 26, 31st of December.
3. Beverages
Available at all times: drinking water, coffee, tea.
All other drinks can be either ordered a la carte or you can enjoy one of our beverage baskets which can be ordered on a daily basis.

Quad Rental
Quads can be rented together with a guide. Please inquire with the Belo Monte hotel about rates, availability, and conditions.

Prices are in Euro and include applicable government taxes.
Rate inclusions
Included services: Airport transfers, welcome drinks, check in and out, wi-fi. Welcome preparation of the villa, cleaning of the entire house at the end of the stay, daily cleaning of all the common areas and the bed and- bathrooms. Bottled water, coffee & tea. Beach shuttles, beach towels, snorkeling equipment & kayaks.
Rate exclusions
Excluded: Tourism levy of 2,10 Euro per person per day, land & marine based excursions, laundry, phone calls & gratuities.
Payments & Cancellation
Once the booking has been confirmed in writing, it becomes subject to the following payment and cancellation conditions:
Payments
The first 20% deposit should be paid at reservation.
The next 30% no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
The final 50% no later than 15 days prior to arrival, to avoid automatic release and cancellation charges. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All bank charges should be paid at source.
Cancellation
30+ days prior to arrival:
Cancellation fee of 20% of the total invoice amount.
29 -15 days prior to arrival:
Cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount.
14 days prior to arrival, or no show:
Cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.
In the event of premature departure:
The full extent of the stay as originally booked will be charged.
Liability
Villa Príncipe and the Belo Monte hotel does not and will not accept responsibility for any incident of any nature involving any client(s) who is/are at the property, nor whilst travelling to or from the property, nor whilst on any excursion organized by the property or any of its associates.
In addition: due to the location and the configuration of the villa Principe, we do not recommend staying with young children or other persons requiring constant supervision.
